Bostoto Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the person accessing or using bostoto and the operator of the bostoto platform. References to “you”, “your” or “player” mean the registered account holder. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager or otherwise using bostoto, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling policy, individual promotion rules and any game-specific or market-specific conditions displayed by bostoto. If a specific rule conflicts with a general provision, the specific rule shall apply to the relevant game, sports market, payment or promotion.

For the purposes of this agreement, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:

• Account means the personal bostoto player profile created using verified registration information.
• Services means sports betting, live betting, slots, live dealer games, promotions, payment functions and related content made available by bostoto.
• Wager means any sports bet, casino stake or other permitted gaming transaction accepted and recorded by bostoto.
• Bonus means promotional credit, free play, cashback, reward points or another benefit issued subject to separate conditions.
• Payment method means an available bank, e-wallet or transfer option used to fund or withdraw from a bostoto account.
• MYR means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which applicable local account balances and transactions may be displayed.

You may register with bostoto only if you are at least 21 years old, possess full legal capacity and are not prohibited from gambling under any law, court order, employment restriction or contractual obligation applicable to you. Registration by a minor is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for determining whether access to online betting or casino services is lawful in your location. Bostoto does not claim to be regulated by the Malaysian Government. The availability of this website does not constitute legal advice or a representation that online gambling is lawful for every Malaysian user.

Only one bostoto account is permitted per person, household, residential address, device or shared payment source unless prior written approval is provided. Duplicate accounts may be restricted or closed. Any bonus, winnings or transactions connected with an unauthorised duplicate account may be reviewed and adjusted where permitted by the applicable rules.

All information supplied to bostoto must be complete, current and accurate. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, email address and payment details. You must update bostoto promptly if any registered information changes.

Bostoto may request identity, age, address, source-of-funds or payment ownership documents. Acceptable documents may include a valid Malaysian identity document or passport, recent proof of address, a selfie verification image and evidence that the selected bank account or e-wallet belongs to you. Verification may be required before a withdrawal is approved.

You must keep your username, password and authentication details confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account where you intentionally or negligently permit another person to gain access. Notify bostoto promptly if you suspect unauthorised activity. The sale, transfer, rental or sharing of a bostoto account is prohibited.

Deposits may be available through Malaysian payment methods such as Maybank2u, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow and FPX. Availability, processing time and transaction limits may change. The options and limits displayed in the bostoto payment area at the time of a transaction shall apply.

Funds must originate from a payment method legally held in your name. Bostoto may reject third-party deposits, request proof of ownership or return funds to their original source. You must not use bostoto to transfer money between unrelated payment accounts or for any purpose other than genuine betting and gaming activity.

Withdrawal requests remain subject to identity checks, security review, payment verification, minimum and maximum limits, bonus requirements and account history. Where reasonably possible, bostoto may return funds using the original deposit method. Processing estimates are not guarantees because banks, FPX services and e-wallet providers may conduct their own checks or experience delays.

You must review all transaction details before confirming a deposit or withdrawal. Bostoto is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate bank information, an unsupported account, payment maintenance or circumstances outside reasonable operational control.

A wager becomes valid only after it has been accepted and recorded by bostoto. A selection appearing on screen, including a Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC or live football market, does not guarantee acceptance. Odds may change before confirmation, and you are responsible for checking the final stake, selection and odds shown on the accepted bet record.

Sports markets are settled using the official result or a recognised data source selected by bostoto. Market-specific rules may determine how postponements, abandoned matches, extra time, penalties, player withdrawals, technical decisions or corrected results are treated. A later change by a sporting body may not alter a market that has already been settled.

Casino results are determined by the applicable game system, live dealer outcome or random number generator. A technical display issue does not create an entitlement to an incorrect payout. If a clear pricing, odds, settlement or software error occurs, bostoto may void or correct the affected transaction to reflect the intended outcome.

Players must check game rules and payout information before wagering. No wager offers guaranteed profit, and previous results do not predict future casino outcomes. All stakes should come from discretionary funds within a personal entertainment budget.

Each bostoto promotion is governed by its displayed eligibility criteria, minimum deposit, qualifying games, wagering requirement, expiry date, maximum conversion and withdrawal conditions. You should read the specific promotion rules before opting in or using bonus funds.

Unless stated otherwise, promotions are limited to one benefit per player, household, device, address, payment method or shared environment. Bostoto may withhold or remove a bonus if it is claimed through multiple accounts, coordinated play, false information, low-risk wagering designed solely to complete turnover or another form of promotion misuse.

Cash balances and bonus balances may be used in a defined order. Certain games, markets or bet types may contribute at a reduced rate or not contribute towards wagering requirements. Expired promotional funds may be removed automatically. Reward points and tier benefits have no cash value unless the applicable bostoto programme expressly permits conversion.

You must not use bostoto to engage in unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unfair conduct. Prohibited activity includes, without limitation:

• providing false identity, age, address, payment or verification information;
• accessing another person's account or allowing another person to operate yours;
• using stolen funds, unauthorised payment instruments or third-party accounts;
• collusion, match manipulation, insider betting or coordinated casino play;
• using bots, scripts, automated betting tools or software that interferes with bostoto systems;
• exploiting a technical fault, incorrect odds, settlement error or promotion configuration;
• attempting to evade geographic, account, deposit, responsible gambling or security restrictions;
• threatening staff, submitting abusive material or disrupting support services.

Bostoto may investigate suspected misconduct and temporarily restrict transactions while a review is conducted. You agree to provide reasonably requested information. Where prohibited activity is confirmed, bostoto may void affected wagers, remove improperly obtained benefits, close the account and take other lawful action.

Bostoto provides gambling entertainment exclusively to adults aged 21 and above. You are responsible for deciding whether gambling is suitable for you and for setting limits that reflect your personal circumstances. Never use money required for rent, food, education, medical care, loan payments or other essential expenses.

Available controls may include deposit limits, time-outs, session reminders and self-exclusion. A request to self-exclude should be taken seriously and must not be avoided by creating another account. Bostoto may close duplicate accounts opened to bypass an active responsible gambling restriction.

Warning signs include chasing losses, borrowing to gamble, hiding activity, missing work or feeling unable to stop. Players experiencing these signs should pause immediately and seek support. You may request account closure by contacting bostoto support. Before closure, pending wagers may remain subject to the applicable event and settlement rules. A remaining verified cash balance may be returned after completion of security, identity and payment checks.

Bostoto may suspend or close an account where required for security, verification, responsible gambling, suspected fraud, duplicate registration, prohibited conduct, legal compliance or a material breach of these terms. During a review, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and betting functions may be restricted.

Closure does not remove rights or obligations that arose before termination. Clauses relating to completed wagers, investigations, payments, liability, privacy and dispute handling shall continue where their nature requires survival.

Bostoto aims to provide stable access but does not guarantee that every service will be continuously available, error-free or compatible with every device, browser or internet connection. Maintenance, network problems, supplier interruption, live data delays and events beyond reasonable control may affect access.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bostoto shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from interrupted access, player device failure, telecommunications problems, reliance on unofficial information or use of funds beyond an affordable budget. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You are responsible for maintaining a secure device and internet connection. Always sign out after using a shared device, protect authentication codes and verify that you are accessing the correct bostoto domain through an HTTPS connection.

Bostoto operates under international licensing and does not claim Malaysian Government regulation. Malaysian users remain personally responsible for understanding laws that may apply to online gambling, payment activity and taxation in their location. Bostoto may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in services, technology, security practices, regulatory requirements or operational procedures. Material revisions may be notified through the website or account interface. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply. A failure by bostoto to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Bostoto will review complaints using account records, transaction logs, game data and applicable rules. Players should allow a reasonable period for investigation, particularly where a bank, e-wallet, game system or sports data source must also be consulted.
